In the 22nd match minute, Lustenbuhr SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witomir Drebit to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernard Waselewicz in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szymon Kiepski saved Lustenbuhr SA from getting behind. After 59 played minutes, Wiesenhöhe SSA's Dominik Bielatowicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Szymon Kiepski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wiesenhöhe SSA reached it. Cezary Wrzosek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Olaf Olender made a huge save. Lustenbuhr SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wiesenhöhe SSA the free kick. After having played for 97 minutes, Bernard Waselewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wiesenhöhe SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Waselewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Wiesenhöhe SSA manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Lustenbuhr SA to win.
