Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tadeusz Majerowicz started the match with the kick off. A throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game was made by Leon Przybyciel with Stefan Cielencki as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Werder BREMEN's Bogdan Trzenzalski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Karol Major in the 11 minute of the game. Bogdan Trzenzalski struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Edgar Gorzkiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Werder BREMEN. Werder BREMEN's Zdzislaw Dylla got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radoslaw Czerniejewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Gorzkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Czerniejewski in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Radoslaw Czerniejewski made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Gorzkiewicz. Færø's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Bogdan Trzenzalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Edgar Gorzkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ziemowit Mocko hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Bogdan Trzenzalski notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Færø's Edgar Gorzkiewicz. Edgar Gorzkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radoslaw Czerniejewski made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Werder BREMEN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Przybyciel to maneuver through the defense. Færø made a substitution. Kazimierz Kinic replaced Cristóvão Koehler. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Færø. Sylwester Maciejewski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teofil Noworolnik. 1-4. In the 72nd minute, Karol Major hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Edgar Gorzkiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Werder BREMEN's Bogdan Trzenzalski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 78th minute, Tadeusz Majerowicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Færø fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Teofil Kaszubik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Edgar Gorzkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bogdan Trzenzalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stefan Cielencki struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Edgar Gorzkiewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Werder BREMEN. The throw-in from Teofil Kaszubik in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Færø's Jacek Snaza. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Bogdan Trzenzalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Werder BREMEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Trzenzalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Gorzkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teofil Noworolnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murillo Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Werder BREMEN getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bogdan Trzenzalski hit a great ball.
