To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florian Zaworski got free with Jerzy Przewozik in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Babrownik's Jerzy Przewozik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Babrownik from getting a goal against them. If Leon Hodas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Izydor Dresik lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card.
