In the 21st minute Wlodzimierz Pierz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Bycofski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Pelikan Niechanowo's goalkeeper Marcin Kapelski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pawel Cempa. Wlodzimierz Pierz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antoni Bycofski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Jekot in the 32nd minute of the match. Michal Jekot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Antoni Bycofski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wlodzimierz Pierz made a kick off. Pawel Cempa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Marcin Kapelski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dobromir Puchlik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Wlodzimierz Pierz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pelikan Niechanowo's supporters rose to their feet, but Wlodzimierz Pierz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antoni Bycofski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filip Anszczak kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. A hard shot by Kryspin Logewnik from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Antoni Bycofski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Filip Anszczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antoni Bycofski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wlodzimierz Pierz's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Michal Jekot charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Jekot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Michal Jekot hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When Tymoteusz Lech came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Pelikan Niechanowo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tymoteusz Lech couldn't finish the play. Filip Anszczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wlodzimierz Pierz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
