The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogdan Rostow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel Karoly, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 16th match minute, Extraklasa F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Waselewicz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 17 minutes, Waclaw Madajczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milanek S.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Waclaw Madajczyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karel Karoly in the 19th minute of play forced Extraklasa F.C's goalkeeper Bogdan Rostow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Lukasz Parzysz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bogdan Rostow came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Milanek S.'s Karel Karoly. But to his dismay, Karel Karoly quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Milanek S.'s Karel Karoly in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Extraklasa F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Waclaw Madajczyk hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Bogdan Rostow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karel Karoly in the 42nd minute of play. Bogdan Rostow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karel Karoly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Milanek S. booed when Extraklasa F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Emil Beckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Karel Karoly who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Extraklasa F.C's Bogdan Rostow was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bogdan Rostow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karel Karoly in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ayhan Geylani made the kick off in the second half. Karel Karoly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Bogdan Rostow made a huge save. Bogdan Rostow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karel Karoly in the 53rd minute of the match. Extraklasa F.C's Bogdan Rostow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karel Karoly in the 55th minute of play. Karel Karolys short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Bogdan Rostow to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 59 minutes into the match, Lukasz Parzysz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeusz Pinczewski. Milanek S.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lukasz Parzysz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Lukasz Parzysz might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadeusz Pinczewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lukasz Parzysz ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karel Karoly got free with Bogdan Rostow in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karel Karoly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeusz Pinczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayhan Geylani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Milanek S. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Radomir Dzerwucki hit a great ball. Milanek S.'s Jakub Piechocki was substituted for Piotr Beninda. Lukasz Parzysz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeusz Pinczewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milanek S. played a much better game than Extraklasa F.C and deserved their victory. The Extraklasa F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
