An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Budarz in the 3rd minute of play forced Legia Warszawa's goalkeeper Ignacy Polkoski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th match minute, Legia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Budzynski to maneuver through the defense. Legia Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvester Odell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvester Odell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Roland Lizewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roland Lizewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Nafarrate in the 18th minute of play. Grzegorz Joks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ignacy Polkoski made a huge save. Izydor Jucha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ignacy Polkoski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Silvester Odell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Legia Warszawa's Ignacy Polkoski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Budarz in the 25th minute of play. Ignacy Polkoski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Budarz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Legia Warszawa's Silvester Odell got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Legia Warszawa's Ignacy Polkoski got control of the ball when Izydor Jucha tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Sebastian Budarz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ignacy Polkoski, 1-0. Roland Lizewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvester Odell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Legia Warszawa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Sebastian Budarz scored to the left of an out of position Ignacy Polkoski, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Miguel Nafarrate made the kick off in the second half. Kajetan Cytrynski hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Czeslaw Ikalewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Czeslaw Ikalewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lechia Dzierżiniów getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Czeslaw Ikalewicz hit a great ball. Silvester Odell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Lizewski having to interfere. Miguel Nafarrate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Roland Lizewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvester Odell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miguel Nafarrate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Lizewski having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Izydor Jucha made a precise shot to the right of Ignacy Polkoski. Legia Warszawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Jucha in the 77th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa's goalkeeper Ignacy Polkoski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roland Lizewski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Nafarrate showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 80 minute of play. In the 84th minute, Sebastian Budarz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacy Polkoski was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Miguel Nafarrate managed to get in a good position for a shot. Legia Warszawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Nafarrate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Lizewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 95 minutes into the match, Lechia Dzierżiniów's goalkeeper Roland Lizewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Nafarrate. For all the effort they put into the match, the Legia Warszawa players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lechia Dzierżiniów.
