Gwidon Sawicki charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwidon Sawicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Inter Mediolan's Gwidon Sawicki got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After having played for 6 minutes, Michal Mirowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silesia rbk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michal Mirowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrzej Kempski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Roland Janiczek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iwo Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Ksawery Konopka in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Silesia rbk's Andrzej Kempski. The audience was convinced that Iwo Lewandowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Janiczek was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Tiberiu Petcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michal Mirowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Janiczek having to interfere. If Andrzej Kempski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwo Lewandowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Lewandowski in the 40th minute of play forced Inter Mediolan's goalkeeper Roland Janiczek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ziemowit Nienajadlo to make the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Iwo Lewandowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ksawery Konopka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Patora having to interfere. The supporters of Inter Mediolan booed when Silesia rbk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylwester Ziemba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inter Mediolan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Michal Mirowski scored to the left of an out of position Roland Janiczek, making the score, 0-1. Slawomir Cymbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roland Janiczek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Andrzej Kempski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Inter Mediolan's goalkeeper Roland Janiczek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwo Lewandowski. 79 minutes into the game, Tiberiu Petcu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Roland Janiczek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 82 minutes into the match, Inter Mediolan's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Kempski came free, but Roland Janiczek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ziemowit Nienajadlo's late challenge caught a Silesia rbk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ziemowit Nienajadlo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Inter Mediolan's Ziemowit Nienajadlo got a free kick in the 86th minute. When the match was over Silesia rbk could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Inter Mediolan throughout the match.
