Filip Czysty struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Cyprian Niezywy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartak Gniezno. A hard shot 8 in the game by Jurand Witwicki from a close distance when the talented Cyprian Niezywy managed to make a qualified save. Widzewscy Fanatycy RTS's players were relieved. If Filip Czysty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute Dariusz Koperski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Konieczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filip Czysty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Niezywy having to interfere. Spartak Gniezno's Arkadiusz Konieczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Cymbal in the 20th minute of play. Arkadiusz Konieczny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Koperski in the 21st minute of play. Arkadiusz Konieczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Ewertowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spartak Gniezno's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Konieczny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arkadiusz Konieczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Koperski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spartak Gniezno's Arkadiusz Konieczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Ewertowski in the 26th minute of play. Arkadiusz Konieczny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dariusz Koperski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Cymbal in the 37th minute of play forced Spartak Gniezno's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Konieczny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkadiusz Konieczny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Ewertowski in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Spartak Gniezno's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Cymbal came free, but Arkadiusz Konieczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Koperski in the 47th minute of play forced Spartak Gniezno's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Konieczny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a little luck, Spartak Gniezno's Arkadiusz Konieczny got control of the ball when Dariusz Koperski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute, Jurand Witwicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cyprian Niezywy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 62 minutes into the game, Filip Czysty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cyprian Niezywy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Radomir Ewertowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After taking down the ball on Widzewscy Fanatycy RTS's corner Kazimierz Czerniejewski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arkadiusz Konieczny quite easily take care of the ball. Arkadiusz Konieczny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Trac in the 71st minute of play. Spartak Gniezno's Arkadiusz Konieczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Trac in the 72nd minute of play. In the 76th minute Jurand Witwicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Niezywy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cyprian Niezywy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Czysty in the 93rd minute of the match. Arkadiusz Konieczny made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dariusz Koperski in the 94th minute. Spartak Gniezno's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
