Gwenn Theunis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes of play, Letniki SA's Sebastian Mikulski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damazy Werra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Warta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dariusz Sierocki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gwenn Theunis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin Haraldsson having to make a save. When the final whistle went the supporters of Letniki SA were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Warta side.
