Lech Poznań's Benedykt Kordalewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Brzonkala in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Thommy Schrevens notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lech Poznań's Benedykt Kordalewski. Benedykt Kordalewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Michal Basinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zbyszko Bojanowski in the 29th minute.
