The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Montig SA's Romulo Brun got a free kick in the 6th minute. Szymon Bejgier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Malewicz in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Bogdan Gerlach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Gökhan Oğuz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mieszko Oryl charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mieszko Oryl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 played minutes Montig SA got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Oryl. 22 minutes into the match, PKS Obra Kościan 1912's Wieslaw Andrychowski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 33rd minute, Boruc Glembin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wieslaw Andrychowski struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Mateusz Fedosz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PKS Obra Kościan 1912. 37 minutes into the match, Montig SA's Ludomil Malewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Szymon Bejgier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gökhan Oğuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Fedosz having to interfere. The Montig SA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PKS Obra Kościan 1912 were winning 0-1.

Szymon Bejgier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Brun, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The supporters of PKS Obra Kościan 1912 booed when Montig SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Augustyniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wieslaw Andrychowski hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Romulo Brun struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Szymon Bejgier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montig SA. Gökhan Oğuz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mateusz Fedosz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st match minute, Montig SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomil Malewicz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, PKS Obra Kościan 1912's Zenon Pilipiec got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute Romulo Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Bejgier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gökhan Oğuz managed to get in a good position for a shot. PKS Obra Kościan 1912's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökhan Oğuz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateusz Fedosz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded PKS Obra Kościan 1912 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Montig SA.
