After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Karel Pekař managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anty Яuch Smierdziele's supporters rose to their feet, but Karel Pekař was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piotr Zukowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anty Яuch Smierdziele's Alexandru Chiru suffered a sore thigh after 4 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Anty Яuch Smierdziele made a substitution. Napoleon Przybylo replaced Alexandru Chiru. In the 6th minute, Karel Pekař got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ryszard Klucznik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Anty Яuch Smierdziele's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Miecznikowski came free, but Jerzy Furgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Lewandowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Furgal having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Barak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Miecznikowski to maneuver through the defense. Ryszard Klucznik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wincent Andrysiak hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Jerzy Furgal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Krzysztof Lewandowski in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Klucznik in the 30th minute of play forced Barak's goalkeeper Piotr Zukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes Barak got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Gabis. Anty Яuch Smierdziele's Jerzy Furgal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Anty Яuch Smierdziele from getting a goal against them. Alfred Borowski kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 53 minutes, Karel Pekař made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Barak's Piotr Zukowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Karel Pekař sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ryszard Klucznik kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piotr Zukowski. That made the score 0-3 in the 57 minute of play. In the 60th minute, Andrzej Miecznikowski made a precise shot to the right of Jerzy Furgal. Anty Яuch Smierdziele's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Piotr Zukowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Klucznik, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66thth minute of the game Ryszard Klucznik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barak's Piotr Zukowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Barak getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Emil Bugajski hit a great ball. Andrzej Miecznikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Furgal having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Anty Яuch Smierdziele's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Miecznikowski came free, but Jerzy Furgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Andrzej Miecznikowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Furgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Krzysztof Lewandowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krzysztof Lewandowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrzej Miecznikowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Miecznikowski in the 90th minute of play forced Anty Яuch Smierdziele's goalkeeper Jerzy Furgal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerzy Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Lewandowski in the 91st minute of the match. Roman Dubilas kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match, Ryszard Klucznik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Piotr Zukowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
