Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piotr Juzda in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ryszard Puzio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Feliks Juszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Puzio having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Wojciech Cwenar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roch Panikowski didn't quite understand what happened when in the 15 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Leszek Komornicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Stefan Winograd made a huge save. With a little luck, Sukowate SA's Stefan Winograd got control of the ball when Dominik Ruzicki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Piotr Juzda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Puzio having to make a save. Feliks Juszkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute Piotr Juzda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Puzio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Winograd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leszek Komornicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Kirschitten booed when Sukowate SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Cupial didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wojciech Cwenar, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 40 minutes, Zygmunt Terasek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sukowate SA and the Kirschitten players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th match minute, Sukowate SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zygmunt Terasek to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 41 minutes, Dominik Ruzicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kirschitten's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Ruzicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute, Dominik Ruzicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugon Lagiewniki charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugon Lagiewniki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Sukowate SA got a freekick which was hit by Hugon Lagiewniki. After some careless play in the Sukowate SA defense, Dominik Ruzicki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Winograd. The Sukowate SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Winograd should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leszek Komornicki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ryszard Puzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliks Juszkowski in the 52nd minute. Leszek Komornicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waclaw Soszka kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Piotr Juzda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Sukowate SA's Feliks Juszkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sukowate SA's Zygmunt Terasek got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Zygmunt Terasek off the ground. After 95 played minutes, Kirschitten's Wojciech Cwenar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stefan Winograd came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kirschitten reached it. When Leszek Komornicki came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Kirschitten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leszek Komornicki couldn't finish the play.
