The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Podstole SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stasin the free kick. In the 11th minute, Eugeniusz Chrobak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ryszard Gondek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Grzegorz Filanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Ignacy Dubilas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Stasin's Jerzy Bryk got control of the ball when Ignacy Dubilas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Podstole SA fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Podstole SA's Ignacy Dubilas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Jerzy Bryk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Podstole SA. Jan Wolicki kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Jerzy Bryk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milosz Trzaskoma in the 44th minute of the match. Ignacy Dubilass short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Jerzy Bryk to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Milosz Trzaskoma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Bryk was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Zbyszek Wincek made the kick off in the second half. Milosz Trzaskoma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Zbyszek Wincek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Grzegorz Filanowski made a huge save. Milosz Trzaskoma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. In the 94th minute Milosz Trzaskoma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Bryk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, Stasin's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Olejniczak came free, but Jerzy Bryk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Podstole SA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
