The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aleksander Matela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Tychy in the 3rd minute of the match. Olaf Praski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Unterkerbswalde SSA defense, Roland Traczewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aleksander Matela. The Unterkerbswalde SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aleksander Matela should have stopped the shot. After 28 minutes, Maksymilian Felenak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unterkerbswalde SSA and the Sonnenberg SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sonnenberg SSA booed when Unterkerbswalde SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksymilian Felenak didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olaf Praski made a kick off. If Roland Traczewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Emil Tychy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sonnenberg SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emil Tychy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Roland Traczewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aleksander Matela. Unterkerbswalde SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland Traczewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Emil Tychy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aleksander Matela came out and tried to block the shot, but Emil Tychy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 70th minute. Unterkerbswalde SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olaf Praski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aleksander Matela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Tychy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Sonnenberg SSA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Unterkerbswalde SSA.
