When Kniewo's Teobald Piwowarski in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Daszewice's goalie prevented a goal. In the 4th minute, Teobald Piwowarski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kniewo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Zula Jekot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Kniewo's Ignacy Drozdowski got control of the ball when Wieslaw Kordalewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zula Jekot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Grunwalski having to interfere. The supporters of Kniewo booed when Daszewice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Pietras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 29 played minutes Kniewo got a freekick which was hit by Adam Hendzel. 33 minutes into the match, Kniewo's Zula Jekot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emil Grunwalski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emil Grunwalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Piwowarski in the 34th minute of play. Kniewo's Ignacy Drozdowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Kniewo from getting a goal against them. Kniewo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hieronim Kissel 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Piwowarski in the 43rd minute of play forced Daszewice's goalkeeper Emil Grunwalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zula Jekot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Emil Grunwalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobald Piwowarski to strike the kick off in the second half. Dariusz Panikowski hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match.
