Pankracy Giertych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbigniew Podolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Stemków SSA's Leon Laba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Burowski in the 12th minute of play. Roch Rekowski struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Leon Laba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dubasiewszczyzna. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stemków SSA's goalkeeper Leon Laba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Stemków SSA's Arkadiusz Kiepski got a free kick in the 18th minute. Zbigniew Podolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lech Zbydniewski in the 21st minute. Dubasiewszczyzna's Zbigniew Podolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Dubasiewszczyzna from getting a goal against them. Pankracy Giertych was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pankracy Giertych in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbigniew Podolski saved Dubasiewszczyzna from getting behind. Dubasiewszczyzna's Roch Rekowski got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arkadiusz Kiepski kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Dubasiewszczyzna's Ludomil Burowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Laba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lech Zbydniewski struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Zbigniew Podolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stemków SSA. When Artur Golembiewski fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dubasiewszczyzna's protests and gave Artur Golembiewski a yellow card for diving instead. Artur Golembiewski hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ludomil Burowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Pankracy Giertych left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stemków SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Roch Rekowski, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 60 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Leon Laba was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Dubasiewszczyzna's Artur Golembiewski got a free kick in the 67th minute. Stemków SSA's Herbert Pyczkowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 68th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dubasiewszczyzna. After a rather tough play, Stemków SSA's Arkadiusz Kiepski got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the game, Ludomil Burowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leon Laba. Ludomil Burowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dubasiewszczyzna's goalkeeper Zbigniew Podolski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Dubasiewszczyzna getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Artur Golembiewski hit a great ball. Stemków SSA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herbert Pyczkowski in the 81st minute. The corner ended in Herbert Pyczkowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dubasiewszczyzna's Zbigniew Podolski did a great save. 83 minutes into the match, Stemków SSA's goalkeeper Leon Laba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roch Rekowski. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Lech Zbydniewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stemków SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Lech Zbydniewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbigniew Podolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zbigniew Podolski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pankracy Giertych went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Stemków SSA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dubasiewszczyzna had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
