When Bernard Radziszewski came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Janikowice SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernard Radziszewski couldn't finish the play. Krzysztof Franzik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Emmerich Schulist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kurwia getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hajnrich Andryshyn hit a great ball. Kurwia's Emmerich Schulist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Franzik in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Ziven Knopek made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurwia's goalkeeper Emmerich Schulist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Janikowice SSA's zone, Ziven Knopek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartosz Fronczak came out of the goal and Ziven Knopek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 64 minutes into the match, Janikowice SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Ziven Knopek came free, but Bartosz Fronczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kurwia booed when Janikowice SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Fronczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartosz Fronczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziven Knopek in the 76th minute of play. Ziven Knopek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bartosz Fronczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Janikowice SSA defense, Florian Jaworski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartosz Fronczak. The Janikowice SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartosz Fronczak should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziven Knopek in the 90th minute of play forced Janikowice SSA's goalkeeper Bartosz Fronczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
