Przemyslaw Maziarz kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. With a little luck, Kolin's Adam Lichniak got control of the ball when Lech Turek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kolin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olimpja SA the free kick. The supporters of Olimpja SA booed when Kolin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldemar Wiater didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lech Turek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Lichniak having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Lech Turek got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lech Turek struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Adam Lichniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olimpja SA. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lech Turek to make the kick off. When Lech Turek came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Olimpja SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lech Turek couldn't finish the play. Radomil Szotek hit a great ball. Olimpja SA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Borys Pracki 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Olimpja SA lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
