After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Ludomir Karp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meriva FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludomir Karp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walery Borucki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beniamin Prusinowski during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Meriva FC's Beniamin Prusinowski got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 14th minute, Maciej Fronczak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wit Molski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerzy Sowa having to make a save. Maciej Fronczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Sowa having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Miromir Wysocki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meriva FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karniów SSA the free kick. In the 21st minute, one of Meriva FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Meriva FC. Jerzy Sowa had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Dominik Tscherner's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Dominik Tscherner notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Meriva FC's Jerzy Sowa. Jerzy Sowa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wit Molski got free with Jerzy Sowa in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Karniów SSA booed when Meriva FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartlomiej Mruk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerzy Sowa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Fronczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beniamin Prusinowski was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Meriva FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Beniamin Prusinowski hit a great ball. Ludomir Karp succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Dominik Tscherner fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karniów SSA's protests and gave Dominik Tscherner a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Meriva FC booed when Karniów SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Tscherner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ludomir Karp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Walery Borucki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maciej Fronczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Sowa having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Alfred Puszynski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wit Molski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Maciej Fronczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meriva FC's Jerzy Sowa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 played minutes Meriva FC got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Wicherek. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meriva FC's goalkeeper Jerzy Sowa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wit Molski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maciej Fronczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerzy Sowa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Jerzy Sowa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maciej Fronczak's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. With 95 minutes on the clock, Miromir Wysocki commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of Meriva FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karniów SSA:s goal. Dominik Tscherner placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out!
