The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dobromir Mierzejewski during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aureliusz Rozanski's late challenge caught a Rimlack's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aureliusz Rozanski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nerazzurri Gdańsk getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aureliusz Rozanski hit a great ball. Aureliusz Rozanski took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kajetan Cichocki. Kajetan Cichocki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Florian Plech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Rimlack booed when Nerazzurri Gdańsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Bronkala didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 39 in the game by Florian Plech from a close distance when the talented Daniel Kociniewski managed to make a qualified save. Nerazzurri Gdańsk's players were relieved. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roch Tomaszewski to make the kick off. Kajetan Cichocki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wit Mojsiewicz in the 64th minute. Aureliusz Rozanski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajetan Cichocki having to interfere. Florian Plech might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Kociniewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florian Plech ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute, Wit Mojsiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Kajetan Cichocki. Rimlack's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Dobromir Mierzejewski got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 83rd minute, Dobromir Mierzejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Piotr Ankiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rimlack's protests and gave Piotr Ankiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, Rimlack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Ankiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Wit Mojsiewicz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Nerazzurri Gdańsk's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 93 minutes, Eugeniusz Lukasik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rimlack and the Nerazzurri Gdańsk players grew even worse after the yellow card. 97 minutes into the match, Nerazzurri Gdańsk's Wit Mojsiewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kajetan Cichocki narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
