After a defensive mix-up in Dobruchna SSA's zone, Antoni Olender stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafal Zukowski came out of the goal and Antoni Olender tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jakub Lagiewniki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafal Zukowski having to make a save. In the 7th match minute, Dobruchna SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogumil Smuskiewicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Zbyszek Hendzel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dobruchna SSA's Rafal Zukowski didn't even have to move. After 10 played minutes Harnau SSA got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Olender. In the 15th match minute, Harnau SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Rukszcz to maneuver through the defense. When Jakub Lagiewniki came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Harnau SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakub Lagiewniki couldn't finish the play. Antoni Olender's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafal Zukowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Jakub Lagiewniki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Rafal Zukowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Olender in the 32nd minute of play forced Dobruchna SSA's goalkeeper Rafal Zukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Olender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Harnau SSA's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Pruss, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute of the match Dobruchna SSA got a corner. Harnau SSA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olgierd Lato ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rafal Zukowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antoni Olender, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Maciej Golob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 49 minutes, Aleksander Grucza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dobruchna SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Grucza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remigiusz Pochorylo to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Jakub Lagiewniki put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rafal Zukowski. When Antoni Olender came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Harnau SSA fans jumped to their feet.
