The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Napoleon Chlapowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Piotr Pruss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Gierasik in the 5th minute of play. Gert Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Beniamin Jestrimski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Napoleon Chlapowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Piotr Pruss. The goal made the score 2-0. After a rather tough play, Zyglinek's Napoleon Chlapowski got a free kick in the 29th minute. After some careless play in the Zyglinek defense, Gert Gustavsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Beniamin Jestrimski. The Zyglinek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Beniamin Jestrimski should have stopped the shot. Gert Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Beniamin Jestrimski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Muranów FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Damazy Kluczyk hit a great ball. Piotr Pruss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobald Purzycki in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gert Gustavsson was the one to do the kick off. Korneliusz Radziszewski's late challenge caught a Muranów FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Korneliusz Radziszewski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Zyglinek's Korneliusz Radziszewski got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Napoleon Chlapowski took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Piotr Pruss. Piotr Pruss dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Piotr Pruss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Napoleon Chlapowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Muranów FC's Piotr Pruss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Chlapowski in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Teobald Purzycki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Pruss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piotr Pruss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Chmelyk in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Gert Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beniamin Jestrimski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Chlapowski in the 75th minute of play forced Muranów FC's goalkeeper Piotr Pruss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Dominik Chmelyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Piotr Pruss. Muranów FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Chmelyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 80 minutes into the match, Muranów FC's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Chlapowski came free, but Piotr Pruss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gert Gustavsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Beniamin Jestrimski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piotr Pruss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Gierasik, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Zyglinek were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Muranów FC for a fine match.
