In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milosnicy's goalkeeper Borys Wydrych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emil Zawada was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Boruc Jaruzelski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 17 minutes, Borys Skaradoski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Borys Skaradoski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Milosnicy's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Jaruzelski came free, but Borys Wydrych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Polkoski in the 34th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Cytrynski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borys Wydrych showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Skaradoski, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Borys Skaradoski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borys Wydrych breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After having played for 63 minutes, Eugeniusz Czciborek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tymoteusz Polkoski kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Teofil Cwojdak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Borys Wydrych. Milosnicy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofil Cwojdak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milosnicy's goalkeeper Borys Wydrych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Tymoteusz Polkoski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wawrzyniec Cytrynski. Manchester United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tymoteusz Polkoski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Manchester United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
