Boleslaw Przybylo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Florian Sebzda scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomasz Bochinski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustaw Plachetka struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Marek Zuraw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RKS Bełchatów. The supporters of RKS Bełchatów booed when Zagrudzie SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Joks didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 minutes Zagrudzie SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Boleslaw Przybylo who took care of the corner kick. RKS Bełchatów's Boleslaw Przybylo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marek Zuraw in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. RKS Bełchatów's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Florian Sebzda 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Marek Zuraw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Plachetka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Florian Sebzda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florian Sebzda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Gustaw Plachetka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marek Zuraw was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The audience was convinced that Florian Sebzda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomasz Bochinski was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Zagrudzie SA's zone, Gustaw Plachetka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Zuraw came out of the goal and Gustaw Plachetka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Gustaw Plachetka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RKS Bełchatów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaw Plachetka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florian Sebzda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tomasz Bochinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mieszko Liermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Gustaw Plachetka made the kick off in the second half. Tomasz Bochinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Sebzda, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Florian Sebzda made a precise shot to the right of Tomasz Bochinski. RKS Bełchatów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. If Gustaw Plachetka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mieszko Liermann in the 85th minute of play forced RKS Bełchatów's goalkeeper Tomasz Bochinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Plachetka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the RKS Bełchatów players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zagrudzie SA.
