Damian Dombroski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Dobilas in the 8th minute of play. Wawrzyniec Rydz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Damian Dombroski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Lagiewniki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tarpan Korchów! Atlético Madryt's Wawrzyniec Rydz got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Dobilas in the 30th minute of play forced Tarpan Korchów's goalkeeper Damian Dombroski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Tarpan Korchów's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wawrzyniec Rydz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 47th minute, Tadeusz Dobilas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Lagiewniki to strike the kick off in the second half. Stefan Lagiewniki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barnaba Dombroski having to interfere. A hard shot 63 in the game by Lech Pawlik from a close distance when the talented Barnaba Dombroski managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Madryt's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Lagiewniki in the 64th minute of play forced Atlético Madryt's goalkeeper Barnaba Dombroski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Wawrzyniec Rydz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Wawrzyniec Rydz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Madryt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Stefan Lagiewniki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. After 82 minutes of play, Atlético Madryt's Tadeusz Dobilas made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Dombroski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the match, Atlético Madryt's goalkeeper Barnaba Dombroski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lech Pawlik. If Tadeusz Dobilas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeusz Dobilas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atlético Madryt's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
