When Cezary Topolski fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dubliny's protests and gave Cezary Topolski a yellow card for diving instead. Cezary Topolski kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Cezary Tipinski notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dubliny's Karol Ochylski. Karol Ochylski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 30 minutes into the match, Unia moscice Tarnow's Jerzy Majtyka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karol Ochylski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Jedrzej Gecionis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dubliny's supporters rose to their feet, but Jedrzej Gecionis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Tworek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute Dariusz Skarpiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Tworek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jedrzej Gecionis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jedrzej Gecionis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Michal Tworek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After the first half Unia moscice Tarnow were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerzy Majtyka to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dubliny's goalkeeper Karol Ochylski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Dariusz Skarpiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliks Bartoszek kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 70th minute Dariusz Skarpiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michal Tworek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Jedrzej Gecionis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michal Tworek. Unia moscice Tarnow's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jedrzej Gecionis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Jerzy Majtyka received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karol Ochylski came out and tried to block the shot, but Jerzy Majtyka slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 79th minute. The supporters of Dubliny booed when Unia moscice Tarnow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliusz Ligas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Gecionis in the 85th minute of play forced Unia moscice Tarnow's goalkeeper Michal Tworek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Dubliny's Mariusz Siekierski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michal Tworek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
