The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Zielin's Michal Smolak got a free kick in the 6th minute. Maciej Rybak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Hludzenski having to interfere. Jaroslaw Osowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maciej Rybak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Zielin's Szymon Hludzenski got control of the ball when Jaroslaw Osowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cyryl Snaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wieslaw Lato having to interfere. Cyryl Snaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zbyszek Sadlowski hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Wieslaw Lato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyryl Snaza in the 29th minute of the match. If Maciej Rybak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wieslaw Lato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Cichowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Rybak in the 52nd minute of play forced Zielin's goalkeeper Szymon Hludzenski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyryl Snaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wieslaw Lato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Cichowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 57 minutes, Artur Cichowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zielin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artur Cichowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Zielin booed when Dragon dzierzbin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszek Sadlowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zielin's Ryszard Wyrzykowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dragon dzierzbin. Jaroslaw Osowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Szymon Hludzenski having to make a save. Kajetan Nowakowski hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Cyryl Snaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragon dzierzbin's Wieslaw Lato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Dragon dzierzbin from getting a goal against them. Cyryl Snaza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Lato made a huge save. Kajetan Nowakowski struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Wieslaw Lato didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zielin. Wieslaw Lato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Cichowski in the 80th minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Dragon dzierzbin got a freekick which was hit by Witomir Cymbal. If Kajetan Nowakowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Zielin's zone, Maciej Rybak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Szymon Hludzenski came out of the goal and Maciej Rybak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaroslaw Osowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
