In the 3rd minute, Ulryk Fudalej made a precise shot to the right of Tytus Zacharzewski. FC Selea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 6 played minutes FC Selea got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Januszewski. When Lothar Matthäus fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Selea's protests and gave Lothar Matthäus a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kryniczno SA booed when FC Selea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lothar Matthäus didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Kryniczno SA's Jan Gibowski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Walery Czarnecki kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Biraga in the 16th minute of play forced FC Selea's goalkeeper Tytus Zacharzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Biraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tytus Zacharzewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, FC Selea's Tolek Mis made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cezary Hajto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tolek Mis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Hajto having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Tymoteusz Harbaszewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Selea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kryniczno SA the free kick. Tymoteusz Harbaszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Tytus Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Biraga in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes FC Selea got a freekick which was hit by Lothar Matthäus. Cezary Hajto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigiusz Czaplicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. With his leg Tytus Zacharzewski managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Kryniczno SA's Ulryk Fudalej fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filip Biraga was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Czaplicki in the 52nd minute of play forced Kryniczno SA's goalkeeper Cezary Hajto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th of the match, Lothar Matthäus tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Cezary Hajto got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 57th minute Filip Biraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tytus Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Selea's Tytus Zacharzewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Fudalej in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Selea's Feliks Glembin got a free kick in the 67th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Ulryk Fudalej managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kryniczno SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulryk Fudalej was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cezary Hajto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Czaplicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulryk Fudalej sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tytus Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulryk Fudalej in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Kryniczno SA's Ulryk Fudalej sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tytus Zacharzewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tytus Zacharzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Biraga in the 83rd minute of play.
