Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jaroslaw Gieraltowski made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Kaczanek in the 3rd minute of play forced Grossendorf's goalkeeper Julian Przewozik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jaroslaw Gieraltowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bay Ridge's Zenon Gdowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bay Ridge from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the game, Edward Soliwoda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bay Ridge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grossendorf the free kick. After 11 played minutes FC Bay Ridge got a freekick which was hit by Edward Soliwoda. Damazy Kostrzewski scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenon Gdowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 played minutes Grossendorf got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Kolba. Zenon Gdowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Kostrzewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Damazy Kostrzewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Bay Ridge's Zenon Gdowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Gieraltowski in the 27th minute of play. Zenon Gdowski was a little too slow when Jaroslaw Gieraltowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. Damazy Kostrzewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaroslaw Gieraltowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Gdowski having to interfere. When Damazy Kostrzewski came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Grossendorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damazy Kostrzewski couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bay Ridge's zone, Jaroslaw Gieraltowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Gdowski came out of the goal and Jaroslaw Gieraltowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julian Przewozik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zula Bielenda, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Julian Przewozik made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Ryszard Kaczanek sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Grossendorf's Julian Przewozik got control of the ball when Ryszard Kaczanek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Soliwoda got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 64 played minutes FC Bay Ridge got a freekick which was hit by Edward Soliwoda. In the 65th minute of the match Roch Lipinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zenon Gdowski skillfully saved the ball. Herbert Cerocki's late challenge caught a Grossendorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herbert Cerocki helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Bay Ridge getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Herbert Cerocki hit a great ball. Damazy Kostrzewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Gdowski having to interfere. Zenon Gdowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damazy Kostrzewski in the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Damazy Kostrzewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zenon Gdowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of FC Bay Ridge booed when Grossendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslaw Gieraltowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Damazy Kostrzewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zenon Gdowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslaw Gieraltowski in the 83rd minute of the match. Jaroslaw Gieraltowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Gdowski having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC Bay Ridge defense, Jaroslaw Gieraltowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zenon Gdowski. The FC Bay Ridge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zenon Gdowski should have stopped the shot. Ryszard Kaczanek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Przewozik having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Grossendorf players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
