The referee ignored Wirki's protests and gave Wladyslaw Rekowski a yellow card for diving instead. 12 minutes into the match, Daniel Siedlecki notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Wirki's Tolek Jajko. Tolek Jajko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernard Orlicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Emil Lichucki made a huge save. Marek Ratulowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Lichucki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Teofil Klimkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Lichucki having to interfere. Emil Lichucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Klimkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Wirki booed when Wolbrom SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mieszko Gregorczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominik Wielopolski, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Marek Ratulowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Emil Lichucki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Wolbrom SA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teofil Klimkiewicz made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Wolbrom SA's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Klimkiewicz came free, but Emil Lichucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Lichucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Ratulowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Teofil Klimkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Szymon Rawa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Wolbrom SA booed when Wirki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Gacki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Lichucki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Ratulowski in the 69th minute of the match. Marek Ratulowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Emil Lichucki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emil Lichucki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marek Ratulowski went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.
