The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rafal Gmoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogumil Bochynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pyry's Bartlomiej Popowicz in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Pyry's Rafal Gmoch got control of the ball when Jurand Jenkot tried to sneak it across the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Pyry's Pankracy Biraga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leszek Kajdasz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Pyry getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Witomir Rybak hit a great ball. Jurand Jenkot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafal Gmoch having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Pankracy Biraga made the kick off in the second half. Zachary Juzda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartlomiej Popowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leszek Kajdasz having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Olaf Sawicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mieszko Lodowy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Leszek Kajdasz made a huge save. In the 69th match minute, Pyry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Kochowski to maneuver through the defense. Zachariasz Fabiszak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafal Gmoch. Pyry's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Hugon Penc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pankracy Biraga kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Pankracy Biraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leszek Kajdasz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pyry's zone, Jurand Jenkot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafal Gmoch came out of the goal and Jurand Jenkot tried to chip the ball over his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pyry eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
