Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Legion Wawa's Ludomir Mroczynski started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Jacek Budacz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wladyslaw Zbytniewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Legion Wawa's Michal Kostka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Olejarz in the 12th minute of play. Ludomir Mroczynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Siekierka having to interfere. Michal Kostka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Olejarz in the 18th minute of the match. Jacek Budacz took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Napoleon Siekierka. Napoleon Siekierka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 27 played minutes Legion Wawa got a freekick which was hit by Konstanty Naumowicz. Zbigniew Olejarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Michal Kostka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wladyslaw Zbytniewski in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Kostka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacek Budacz got free with Napoleon Siekierka in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Legion Wawa's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Olejarz came free, but Michal Kostka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edward Murdza during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edward Murdza kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Wladyslaw Zbytniewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Widzew Łódź FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wladyslaw Zbytniewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michal Kostka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wladyslaw Zbytniewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michal Kostka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Michal Kostka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wladyslaw Zbytniewski's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Wladyslaw Zbytniewski struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Michal Kostka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Widzew Łódź FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wladyslaw Zbytniewski to strike the kick off in the second half. Michal Kostka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wladyslaw Zbytniewski in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Widzew Łódź FC booed when Legion Wawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Debowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Legion Wawa's Fryderyk Tusk got a free kick in the 56th minute. Zbigniew Olejarz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ludomir Mroczynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Siekierka having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Widzew Łódź FC's Milosz Mosiniak got a free kick in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Legion Wawa's goalkeeper Michal Kostka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zbigniew Olejarz. Michal Kostka made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Zbigniew Olejarz sent off a good shot on target. Wladyslaw Zbytniewski struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Michal Kostka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Widzew Łódź FC. After a defensive mix-up in Legion Wawa's zone, Zbigniew Olejarz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michal Kostka came out of the goal and Zbigniew Olejarz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michal Kostka was a little too slow when Wladyslaw Zbytniewski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
