After having played for 18 minutes, Andreas Jastrowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stalinograd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Jastrowicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wincent Chuchro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pauel Miosge having to interfere. After 23 played minutes LEGIA WARSZAWA got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Sierocki. 24 minutes into the match, Stalinograd's Erek Dudek broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Andreas Jastrowicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Olaf Szostak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Wincent Chuchro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pauel Miosge having to make a save. The supporters of Stalinograd booed when LEGIA WARSZAWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Sierocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olaf Szostak made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Andreas Jastrowicz sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the match, Daniel Giertych had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pauel Miosge. Stalinograd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Giertych was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damacy Raschke was the one to do the kick off. Dawid Terasek hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Jastrowicz in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Szostak saved LEGIA WARSZAWA from getting behind. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind LEGIA WARSZAWA's goalkeeper Olaf Szostak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olaf Szostak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damacy Raschke in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Daniel Giertych managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LEGIA WARSZAWA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Giertych was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Daniel Giertych got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Wincent Chuchro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pauel Miosge. Wincent Chuchro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Stalinograd's Pielgrzym Bohinski got a free kick in the 94th minute. Pauel Miosge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Chuchro in the 97th minute of the match. The LEGIA WARSZAWA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
