The Ratef FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 35 minutes into the match, Bartosz Majerowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaw Lepper. Cholerzyn SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartosz Majerowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. The long shot by Andrzej Zalipski in the 39th minute really tested Wieslaw Lato's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dariusz Jajecznica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ratef FC's Wieslaw Lato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Makomaski in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Maksymilian Pisarcik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ratef FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cholerzyn SSA the free kick. A collision led to Ratef FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Maksymilian Pisarcik hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wincent Burufski in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wieslaw Lato saved Ratef FC from getting behind. The supporters of Cholerzyn SSA booed when Ratef FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksymilian Pisarcik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ratef FC's Wieslaw Lato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Makomaski in the 68th minute of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Wincent Burufski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cholerzyn SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wincent Burufski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Makomaski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wieslaw Lato having to make a save. In the 76th minute Wincent Burufski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wieslaw Lato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wieslaw Lato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincent Burufski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aleksander Skrzypiec charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
