Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Korneliusz Kazimierz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The GKS Katowice fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when GKS Katowice's Marcin Czerniak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 9th minute, Wlodzimierz Poreda fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wlodzimierz Poreda in the 11th minute of play forced GKS Katowice's goalkeeper Radoslaw Kajdasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Korneliusz Kazimierz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcin Czerniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Dariusz Byczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dariusz Byczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Kazimierz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radomir Motowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Radoslaw Kajdasz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Radomir Motowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radoslaw Kajdasz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Wlodzimierz Poreda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leszek Ochabski's late challenge caught a Wysocze's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leszek Ochabski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GKS Katowice's Leszek Ochabski got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 43 minutes of play, Wysocze's Radomir Motowski made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Kajdasz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wlodzimierz Poreda to make the kick off. When Leszek Ochabski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. 59 minutes into the game, Robert Haszczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GKS Katowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wysocze the free kick. In the 59th minute, one of GKS Katowice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GKS Katowice. Marcin Czerniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Byczewski having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Marcin Czerniak fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dariusz Byczewski, passed just outside the right post. Witold Dembkowski hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Wlodzimierz Poreda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 81 minutes, Walery Gorzkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wysocze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Gorzkiewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radoslaw Kajdasz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Poreda, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 89thth minute of the game Wlodzimierz Poreda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS Katowice's Radoslaw Kajdasz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wlodzimierz Poreda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Wysocze's goalkeeper Dariusz Byczewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcin Czerniak. For all the effort they put into the match, the GKS Katowice players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wysocze.
