Giedlarowa SSA's Rafal Cieslak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Szkaradek in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in A.c Milan's zone, Patryk Rakiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patryk Marchewka came out of the goal and Patryk Rakiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Giedlarowa SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Chlebek came free, but Rafal Cieslak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lech Spychalski in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patryk Marchewka saved A.c Milan from getting behind. Jedrzej Chlebek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafal Cieslak having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
