Hieronim Szkaradek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Witomir Gurgul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute Hieronim Szkaradek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witomir Gurgul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hieronim Szkaradek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witomir Gurgul having to interfere. After some careless play in the Fenix Legnica defense, Stanislaw Debkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Witomir Gurgul. The Fenix Legnica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Witomir Gurgul should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Walczyk during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Braniewo getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Maciej Walczyk hit a great ball. Hieronim Szkaradek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Witomir Gurgul having to make a save. If Jurand Logewnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Braniewo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jurand Logewnik to make the kick off. Zbigniew Treppa scored 1-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norbert Kloczko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stanislaw Debkowski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Witomir Gurgul when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Braniewo's Witomir Gurgul threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hieronim Szkaradek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 79 minutes into the match, Braniewo's goal looked a bit too open when Jurand Logewnik came free, but Norbert Kloczko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fenix Legnica's Witomir Gurgul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hieronim Szkaradek in the 82nd minute of play. Witomir Gurgul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hieronim Szkaradek, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Witomir Gurgul made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Stanislaw Debkowski sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, Fenix Legnica's Zbigniew Treppa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Norbert Kloczko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zbigniew Treppa struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Norbert Kloczko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenix Legnica. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
