The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Chajdyce SA's Julian Witwicki got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute Dobromir Moizuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Faron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GKS Neptun Gdańsk's Pankracy Andrysiak got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pankracy Andrysiak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Waldemar Faron made a huge save. In the 25th match minute, Chajdyce SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patryk Skorny to maneuver through the defense. GKS Neptun Gdańsk's Wlodzimierz Dobrowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save GKS Neptun Gdańsk from getting a goal against them. Waldemar Faron came out of the goal and Pankracy Andrysiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waldemar Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Moizuk in the 85th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, GKS Neptun Gdańsk's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Brack came free, but Wlodzimierz Dobrowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Chajdyce SA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
