The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kajetan Kazanowski during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Edward Bielatowicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmund Rostow was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Edmund Rostow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Bielatowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, FC Baguette's Edward Bielatowicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmund Rostow made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some careless play in the Rasiejow defense, Edward Bielatowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmund Rostow. The Rasiejow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmund Rostow should have stopped the shot. If Edward Bielatowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute, Tadeusz Kociniewski had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Zbyszko Bubczyk charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbyszko Bubczyk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Baguette's Sebastian Solecki was substituted for Tadeusz Kociniewski. A collision led to Rasiejow getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Zbyszko Bubczyk hit a great ball. After 43 minutes of play, FC Baguette's Edward Bielatowicz made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmund Rostow was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leszek Cerocki was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Rasiejow booed when FC Baguette was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Solecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmund Rostow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Bielatowicz in the 60th minute of the match. Rasiejow's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edward Bielatowicz 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. Izydor Wawrukiewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leszek Cerocki went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Leonard Lepper kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Edmund Rostow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Bielatowicz's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. If Witold Biraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonard Lepper charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Lepper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Rasiejow got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Lepper. When the match was over FC Baguette could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rasiejow throughout the match.
