When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Igor Miazga put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jaroslaw Frenzel. Igor Miazgas short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Jaroslaw Frenzel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 26 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Hodas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joannów SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Korona Kielce the free kick. A collision led to Joannów SSA getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wladyslaw Hodas hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Joannów SSA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Korona Kielce:s goal. The supporters of Joannów SSA booed when Korona Kielce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Palzewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaroslaw Frenzel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tomasz Szkaradek. A collision led to Joannów SSA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Igor Miazga hit a great ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

51 minutes into the match, Korona Kielce's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Miazga came free, but Jaroslaw Frenzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Brudnicki in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogumil Galagan saved Joannów SSA from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Arkadiusz Haskiewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute Dominik Sowa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Frenzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Arkadiusz Haskiewicz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bogumil Galagan. The goal made the score 1-2. Igor Miazga struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jaroslaw Frenzel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joannów SSA. In the 67th minute, Czeslaw Gall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arkadiusz Haskiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Adam Brudnicki took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Bogumil Galagan to make any attempt to save it. Adam Brudnicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Bogumil Galagan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Miazga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Frenzel having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Joannów SSA's Igor Miazga got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bogumil Galagan made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Arkadiusz Haskiewicz sent off a good shot on target. Adam Brudnicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Joannów SSA's Wladyslaw Hodas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaroslaw Frenzel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Korona Kielce eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
