When Kleszczyn's Michal Rakowicz in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jagotschen's goalie prevented a goal. When Zdzislaw Zurawski came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Jagotschen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zdzislaw Zurawski couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Jagotschen's zone, Krzysztof Cempa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Serwach came out of the goal and Krzysztof Cempa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Szarmach kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Krzysztof Cempa kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Michal Rakowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Serwach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mariusz Piwowarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Rakowicz in the 41st minute of play forced Jagotschen's goalkeeper Zenon Serwach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zenon Serwach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Cempa, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Michal Rakowicz scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenon Serwach, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariusz Piwowarski to strike the kick off in the second half. Jagotschen's Zenon Serwach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Jagotschen from getting a goal against them. Damian Domaracki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zdzislaw Zurawski in the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kleszczyn's zone, Zdzislaw Zurawski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Domaracki came out of the goal and Zdzislaw Zurawski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damian Domaracki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariusz Piwowarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Zenon Serwach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michal Rakowicz's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. If Krzysztof Cempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The long shot by Stefan Mentus in the 90th minute really tested Zenon Serwach's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Kleszczyn played a much better game than Jagotschen and deserved their victory. The Jagotschen players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
