With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tytus Mios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Michal Degutis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Przemyslaw Zurawski having to interfere. Boguslaw Walczyk took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Przemyslaw Zurawski. Przemyslaw Zurawski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 40 minutes into the match, Borówek's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Zurawski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michal Degutis. After a defensive mix-up in Borówek's zone, Michal Degutis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Przemyslaw Zurawski came out of the goal and Michal Degutis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Boguslaw Walczyk made the kick off in the second half. If Slawomir Gecionis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boguslaw Walczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Przemyslaw Zurawski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Zielniki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Przemyslaw Skarpiak to maneuver through the defense. Zielniki's Tytus Mios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Damazki in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute Boguslaw Walczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Przemyslaw Zurawski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zielniki fully deserved thier win.
