Jerzy Penczkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Lerych in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Kotusz SA's Janusz Fiszer got control of the ball when Tymoteusz Wielopolski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Herbert Wieloch was the one to do the kick off. Jerzy Penczkowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sebastian Skikiewicz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. In the 56th minute Tymoteusz Wielopolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janusz Fiszer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kotusz SA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
