But to his dismay, Zenon Badanowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Leonard Glapiak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Zachary Filipowski made a huge save. When Gwidon Dresik came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the GKS Gorlice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwidon Dresik couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the match, GKS Gorlice's goal looked a bit too open when Wincenty Ludwiczak came free, but Zachary Filipowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GKS Gorlice were furious when Szczepan Karaszkiewicz was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in GKS Gorlice fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, Wilkowo SA's Konrad Obuchowicz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zachary Filipowski. Zenon Badanowski struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Ksawery Bochinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Gorlice. If Zenon Badanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zenon Badanowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ksawery Bochinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, GKS Gorlice's Witold Buda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Bochinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Zenon Badanowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Bochinski having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zenon Badanowski was the one to do the kick off. Ksawery Bochinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenon Badanowski in the 53rd minute of the match. When Gwidon Dresik came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the GKS Gorlice fans jumped to their feet. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Wilkowo SA's goalkeeper Ksawery Bochinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zenon Badanowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Bochinski having to interfere. Zachary Filipowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincenty Ludwiczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute.
