The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Patryk Harbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. Piwatki SA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Miromir Borczak 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Miromir Borczak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antoni Kosowski having to make a save. In the 22nd minute, Patryk Harbaszewski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind PB JUNIOR ACADEMY BYTOM's goalkeeper Teofil Warka, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patryk Harbaszewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Antoni Kosowski made a huge save. If Julian Zgonina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Piwatki SA's Julian Zgonina in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PB JUNIOR ACADEMY BYTOM's goalie prevented a goal. PB JUNIOR ACADEMY BYTOM's Teofil Warka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Roman in the 42nd minute of play. Miromir Borczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antoni Kosowski having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miromir Borczak was the one to do the kick off. If Miromir Borczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the match, PB JUNIOR ACADEMY BYTOM's Patryk Harbaszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antoni Kosowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Waldemar Roman struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Teofil Warka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piwatki SA. The supporters of Piwatki SA booed when PB JUNIOR ACADEMY BYTOM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Malewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Waldemar Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofil Warka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Roman, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Antoni Kosowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Borczak in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PB JUNIOR ACADEMY BYTOM fans cheered their team off the field, for while Piwatki SA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
