The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wincent Zaremba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Dudzik charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norbert Dudzik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's Norbert Dudzik got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Remigiusz Nakonieczny fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's protests and gave Remigiusz Nakonieczny a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Remigiusz Nakonieczny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match Franciszek Bubczyk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remigiusz Jaruzelski skillfully saved the ball. After 24 played minutes BEDOŃ JUNAJTED got a freekick which was hit by Remigiusz Nakonieczny. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Penczkowski in the 25th minute of play forced BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's goalkeeper Remigiusz Jaruzelski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigiusz Jaruzelski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Jekot in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Daniel Jekot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Remigiusz Jaruzelski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Penczkowski came free, but Remigiusz Jaruzelski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th match minute, BEDOŃ JUNAJTED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norbert Dudzik to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's zone, Sebastian Penczkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remigiusz Jaruzelski came out of the goal and Sebastian Penczkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Jekot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wincent Zaremba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Tychy's Mariusz Glozor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincent Zaremba in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Penczkowski to make the kick off. Remigiusz Jaruzelski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Komanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Mariusz Glozor was a little too slow when Wincent Zaremba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Penczkowski in the 60th minute of play forced BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's goalkeeper Remigiusz Jaruzelski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Roman Wielgopolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Tychy's Sebastian Penczkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Daniel Jekot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigiusz Jaruzelski. BEDOŃ JUNAJTED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Jekot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Daniel Jekot struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Remigiusz Jaruzelski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tychy. Remigiusz Jaruzelski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Jekot in the 86th minute of the match. Remigiusz Jaruzelski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Penczkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After some careless play in the BEDOŃ JUNAJTED defense, Sebastian Penczkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigiusz Jaruzelski. The BEDOŃ JUNAJTED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigiusz Jaruzelski should have stopped the shot. FC Tychy's Daniel Jekot got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Tychy fans cheered their team off the field, for while BEDOŃ JUNAJTED had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
