The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Chrzczany SSA getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Barnaba Bienienda hit a great ball. Edward Jazowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Czysta having to interfere. Chrzczany SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konrad Kopacz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Chrzczany SSA's Edward Jazowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomil Czysta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Radomil Czysta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Bienienda in the 31st minute of play. In the 36th minute Edward Jazowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomil Czysta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Aureliusz Dankowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kokoszyce's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chrzczany SSA the free kick. A collision led to FC Kokoszyce getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alfred Gierlach hit a great ball. With 45 minutes on the clock, Dariusz Paprotny commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave FC Kokoszyce a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Igor Hodas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chrzczany SSA's Boguslaw Zukowski. 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliusz Dankowski in the 56th minute of play forced Chrzczany SSA's goalkeeper Boguslaw Zukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 minutes, Wit Adamowicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Kokoszyce and the Chrzczany SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wit Adamowicz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the game, Edward Jazowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Radomil Czysta. Edward Jazowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Stefan Marchlewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Czysta having to interfere. Radomil Czysta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dariusz Zima showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 68 minute of play. In the 71st minute, Barnaba Bienienda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boguslaw Zukowski came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kokoszyce's Konrad Kopacz. But to his dismay, Konrad Kopacz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. With a little luck, FC Kokoszyce's Radomil Czysta got control of the ball when Stefan Marchlewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Jazowski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Edward Jazowski came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Chrzczany SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Jazowski couldn't finish the play. Stefan Marchlewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Radomil Czysta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chrzczany SSA's Wieslaw Warka got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FC Kokoszyce getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Wit Adamowicz hit a great ball. Herbert Serwach struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Radomil Czysta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chrzczany SSA. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kokoszyce's zone, Dariusz Zima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radomil Czysta came out of the goal and Dariusz Zima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Kokoszyce could leave the field as winners, despite Chrzczany SSA having more of the ball for most of the match.
