Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Slawomir Skarpiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Zapolice SA booed when KS Sośnica Gliwice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobiasz Podolski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Slawomir Skarpiak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyprian Kolbert was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Szymon Zarobski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Fiszer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Skarpiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Kolbert having to interfere. Slawomir Skarpiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cyprian Kolbert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Slawomir Skarpiak ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ziemowit Augustyniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mikolaj Fiszer in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szymon Zarobski saved Zapolice SA from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Zapolice SA's Slawomir Skarpiak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cyprian Kolbert narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 36 minutes, Igor Skarpiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zapolice SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Skarpiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zapolice SA:s Szymon Zarobski showed great skill when he stopped Igor Mnich:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Skarpiak in the 42nd minute of play forced KS Sośnica Gliwice's goalkeeper Cyprian Kolbert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, KS Sośnica Gliwice's Ulryk Bucyki seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ulryk Bucyki the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KS Sośnica Gliwice protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ulryk Bucyki had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KS Sośnica Gliwice! Tadeusz Konieczny shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikolaj Fiszer was the one to do the kick off. KS Sośnica Gliwice's Mikolaj Fiszer got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Igor Skarpiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Cyprian Kolbert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Slawomir Skarpiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobiasz Podolski charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobiasz Podolski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes KS Sośnica Gliwice got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasz Podolski. Cyprian Kolbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Skarpiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Radomir Zima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zapolice SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Sośnica Gliwice the free kick. After a rather tough play, KS Sośnica Gliwice's Wit Walaszkiewicz got a free kick in the 68th minute. Borys Dziedziak kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Slawomir Skarpiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Kolbert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Igor Skarpiak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zapolice SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Skarpiak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyprian Kolbert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, KS Sośnica Gliwice's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Skarpiak came free, but Cyprian Kolbert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slawomir Skarpiak in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cyprian Kolbert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Skarpiak in the 96th minute of play forced KS Sośnica Gliwice's goalkeeper Cyprian Kolbert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Zapolice SA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
