Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antoni Absolwent started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Absolwent in the 3rd minute of play forced Czarni Ole's goalkeeper Olaf Scigan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezary Kisielka in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ziemowit Boruta saved Lechia Gdańsk from getting behind. Cezary Kisielka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute Witomir Mielak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziemowit Boruta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lechia Gdańsk's Ziemowit Boruta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Mielak in the 10th minute of play. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cezary Kisielka sped through Lechia Gdańsk's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ziemowit Boruta. Czarni Ole's Olaf Scigan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Absolwent in the 15th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Czarni Ole was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Betonowy to maneuver through the defense. When Cezary Kisielka came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Czarni Ole fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezary Kisielka couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Iwo Betonowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes, Lechia Gdańsk's Bogumil Kochanowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olaf Scigan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lechia Gdańsk reached it. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Czarni Ole's goalkeeper Olaf Scigan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Mateusz Trzenzalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lechia Gdańsk's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateusz Trzenzalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Scigan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Witomir Mielak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ziemowit Boruta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witomir Mielak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Czarni Ole defense, Antoni Absolwent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Scigan. The Czarni Ole fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Scigan should have stopped the shot. Wasyl Mindykowski charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wasyl Mindykowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Czarni Ole! The referee gave Lechia Gdańsk a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bogumil Kochanowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Czarni Ole's Olaf Scigan. 2-1. After 76 played minutes Lechia Gdańsk got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Kochanowski. 79 minutes into the game, Piotr Chojnacki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lechia Gdańsk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czarni Ole the free kick. A collision led to Lechia Gdańsk getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Piotr Chojnacki hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, Czarni Ole's Witomir Mielak made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ziemowit Boruta was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Boruc Anszczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
